Dear ARK Parents/Guardians,As you may know, ARK utilizes Yahoo!Groups to issue mass emails regarding upcoming events, reminders, and important notices to those families that have subscribed to the ARK School Yahoo Group. Some parents or guardians have experienced difficulty signing up for the ARK School Yahoo Group, or do not know the process for doing so.
For those interested, you may sign up for the ARK School Yahoo Group by following the simple steps below:
1. Send an email to the following address: ARKSchool-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and indicate your full name and your child’s name(s) for verification purposes. The email address ou use to send this email will be the one added to the group. If you have additional email addresses to which you would like group emails sent (e.g., spouse’s email or work email), separate requests for each must be made. For a convenient alternative, you may visit the ARK Website http://mainannounce.knight.cherryhill.k12.nj.us/ and under ARK Quick Links and ARK Email, select “Join Our EMail List”. Click on the link under the Subscribe heading and forward the email with your name information as instructed above. You will notice this web page also provides instructions for “Un-subscribing” from the ARK School Yahoo Group and information about receiving emails from the District.
2. Immediately after sending the email, Yahoo!Groups will send an email to you asking you to confirm your request to join the ARK School Group. Follow the instructions on that email by clicking on the link provided or simply click Reply, then click Send.
3. That’s it! Once the ARK Email Coordinator reviews and approves your request, you will be notified accordingly via email and you will begin to receive group emails as they are issued.
